Will I be able to go to OCS at the age of 34 and with 5 yrs of active service?

I had to get a waiver to join the army five yrs ago due to 2 DUI's I have had a clean slate the last five yr since I have been in and have a security clearance. I am 12 classes shy of completing my BA. I will most likely be 35 when I try to apply for OCS. Will I be able to go to OCS?
