How many level clearances above top secret are there?

There are only 3 levels in the military: Confidential, Secret and Top Secret. However, when dealing with all classified material there is also a Need to Know. Just because one has a Top Secret clearance doesn't mean that they are privy to ALL Top Secret info. If they don't have the need to know something to perform their duties, they don't have access to it. Even if it is "EYES ONLY" like you see in the movies it would still be considered Top Secret.
