80s-90s cartoon movie?

I can't remember much about it but the one scene that stands out involves a young boy being chased through the woods by men on horseback and I believe he evades them from hanging onto the side of a cliff or ridge. It's very vague but if you have any ideas I'd greatly appreciate it!
