Are there different security clearances for each aircraft in the Navy if you are an AE or AT?

I am currently enlisted in the Navy in the AV program or Avionics. I know that after bootcamp I will get assigned either the AE or AT rating. Right now I have my Secret Security Clearance going through and I leave in a little more than a month. When I get done with A school and get my orders will I need to get a different security clearance depending on what aircraft I get assigned to or will the clearance I already have carry over?? Also which aircraft will I deploy a lot on and which ones will I stay on base with?? Any information would help, so I know what to look for when I go to Aschool.
