Security Clearance DQ?

I am trying to figure out if I can get a TS or Secret clearance. I really want to be a Army Ranger or Green Beret. I was fired for theft. I paid the company back and it was three years ago. I also smoked weed 5 times. If I had extra I sold it to my friend. It was not much at all. No more than 10 dollars worth. Also I am getting my Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Hull in England. What are my chances of getting a clearance?
