Prosecuter offers a deal drop dui for evading should i take it?

Ive been charged with evading police,dui,no insurance, and expired tags. Prosecutor offered me a deal, plead guilty to a third degree felony for evading, and all other charges will be dropped. should I take it, or go to trial?
