VASELINE MEN USER.......FACE SCRUB VS FACE WASH?

I would like to try on Vaseline Men 's skincare product range. However, I'm a bit confused whether to use the face scrub alone or use the face scrub and the face wash at the same time because I went to their facebook's pages and it's stated that the user can use the face scrub without use the face wash and the face scrub can be use daily because it's have soft micro beads. As far as I know we must use the facial scrub at twice a week because it's will damaged our skin. So, any tips or the right step to use this products from the experience's user?
