Is china a source of mcdonalds fish?

Does McDonald's import fish from China for their fillet o fish sandwich? I have read where other fish companies ( i.e High Liner ) will import the fish from china and then apply the batter in Canada or USA thus evading the question of origin regarding the fish. Like - Partly processed in China....
