If you get an oth discharge does that effect mil/mil spouse security clearance?

I was curious if it's possible for any accounts of UA or unfavorable discharges that I may receive could affect my spouses security clearance in the NAVY? Or is it just as long as I have no debt or criminal record and things like that that count?
