Good Video Card But Within A $80-$90 Budget.?

I'm looking for a good video card with a good range of games that i can play. I'm trying to stay in the budget range up to $90, I want to be able to play games like Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and hopefully higher so my card isn't obsolete by the end of the year. I'd still like to be able to play less advanced games like World of Warcraft so if you have any suggestions please leave a link in your answer. Thank you.
