Can I get a refund or exchange on something broken I got from Target?

A few days ago, I bought shaving cream that was on sale at Target. When I got home and opened the cap (theres no plastic or packaging) the nozzle would not dispense any product. Could I get a refund on this? Btw, this was not the only one on the shelf. There were about a hundred other one that were the same - in other words, it wasn't on a clearance shelf.
