Will this prevent a security clearance?

I'm looking to go into the USMC as an intelligence specialist MOS. I know the interview process for the TS clearance is pretty thorough. Will going in on a drug waiver due to a simple possession citation (expunged), operating with no license, and about $4k of debt because of student loans prevent me from a security clearance?
