Can u travel to the uk if u have been refusal entry for a work visa?

im from australia and i tried to get a uk work visa but i got refusal entry clearance. im traveling through europe now iv been to france and spain and ibiza. can i travel through the uk for only for a few days or will i be sent home? my passport has a black stamp in it. saying uk Manila
