Can I get a secret or top secret security clearance for the FBI/CIA with a couple minor misdemeanors?

I visited the FBI web site a few months ago, and I believe that the FBI will not reject you based on your history that you have revealed. But again, check the FBI and CIA web sites for the most current and accurate information.
